Is 30K better than 40K cavitation?
Generally speaking, 30k cavitation machine is stronger than 40k, because 30k cavitation can act on deeper fat layer and reduce stubborn fat.

There is no report of side effects for these treatments. Some people may experience transient redness, excessive thirst, and nausea immediately after the treatment which always resolves by drinking water. They are all short-term effects that will disappear shortly.

Are fat cavitation results immediately noticeable?

What aftercare is advised?
Drink 2 ¡§C 3 litres of water every day during your course of treatments and for 1 week following your last treatment.

The intervals between sessions recommended are at least 3 ¡§C 6 days.
A minimum of 20 minutes of elevated heart rate exercise is required post treatment. This is best done immediately after your session and for 3 days following this is to ensure the stored energy released by the cavitation process is burnt off. If you don?¡¥t like cardio, infrared sauna sessions has a similar effect on the body.
